The Scootaround Assistive Staffing program provides qualified staff to assist mobility-challenged attendees with their general mobility. This includes many areas such as assisting attendees to their seats, helping them on and off buses, or simply helping them locate the proper meeting room.

Scootaround staff are fully trained in the needs of the mobility challenged and are qualified to handle the special requirements of disabled visitors. Our friendly personnel will put your attendees at ease even when they are being escorted at crowded events.

Each staff member is outfitted in our corporate colors for easy identification. This provides an extra level of comfort for attendees who would otherwise be uncomfortable being escorted by someone unfamiliar.

How Does the Assistive Staffing Program Work?

It's a straightforward process that begins with one toll-free call to a Scootaround Conventions expert:

1) Provide us the location and dates of your event.
We will ensure that our staff are reserved and in place on the dates involved.

2) Tell us about your attendee needs.
Let us know how many people will be requiring our service. We need this number to estimate how many Scootaround personnel to have on hand. If you are unsure of how many of your attendees will need our services, talk with one of our Corporate Services experts.

Tell us the types of services you will require for your attendees. We provide different types of assistance based on your venue and it's requirements. Services include:
