Scooter rental service is only provided for events taking place at Vancouver Convention Center Wednesday, July 2nd through Saturday, July 5th.

We recommend returning any mobility rental equipment to VCC Hall A before heading to BC Place. Assistive Wheelchair Seating Service will be provided for events at BC Place – no scooters are provided at BC Place as these are “spectator events” and attendees remain at their seats for the duration of the event.

Wheelchair-accessible transportation will be provided to/from BC Place Friday, July 4th – Sunday, July 6th. Reservations for transportation must be made at the Vancouver Convention Centre. More information on how to book transportation services will be provided closer to the Convention.
