The Problem
The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, one of the largest and most active convention centers in the United States, had been facing persistent service challenges with its previous mobility equipment provider. The Work
In 2021, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center became the first convention facility to adopt the Rent A Ride platform, powered by Scootaround.
