Prior to working with Scootaround, the Westgate Resort & Casino in Las Vegas would have multiple mobility rental vendors on the property at any given time with no way to track devices. To streamline and organize the rental process, Westgate chose to house Scootaround mobility scooters and wheelchairs onsite and install a Rent a Ride Kiosk that guests could use to easily rent equipment. We were able to customize the rental equipment options at Westgate to suit the specific needs of their clientele, providing an improved experience for guests with mobility limitations. Scootaround Powered by WHILL’s onsite fleet service also offers more support for groups who are hosting conferences and events at the resort. The Westgate team appreciates the monthly reporting that shows equipment usage and revenue, allowing them to plan for upcoming events and make tweaks as needed.
