You can also book a rental to be delivered to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Please see the details below:

- Rentals must be booked for all 3-days of the event.
- Scooter rentals will be $174.00 and manual wheelchairs will be $144.00 (optional insurances not included).
- You can pick up the scooter on Aug.2 and has to be returned by the end of the day Aug.4.
- Equipment will be available for pick up at the Otakon Member Accessibility Booth, located in Salon H, next to Registration.
