Have a scooter or wheelchair delivered to your hotel or residence! To arrange for delivery to the convention center, please see the details below.

- Bookings for pick up at Walter E Washington Convention Center are cut off for reservations after noon on Aug.4. After the cut off, rentals have to be booked for delivery to the customers hotel only.
- We will deliver to Equipment to Salon ABC Prefunction across from Registration at the Otakon Member Accessibility Booth. Otakon staff will oversee distribution.
- Equipment can be picked up on Aug.8 from Salon ABC Prefunction and MUST be returned by the end of the day Aug.10 to the same location
