Driving to Philadelphia

If you are driving to Philadelphia and have a disability parking permit from another state or country, you do not need to apply for a temporary permit during your stay. Pennsylvania honors non-expired disability placards and plates from other states and countries. If you require a temporary permit, you may apply at any Philadelphia DMV center.
