What do I do if my scooter keeps dying and/or is beeping?

Please view the 'Scooter Safety Tips' video on the instructional videos page. If the scooter beeps five times, check the manual lever at the back to make sure you’re in drive mode, not freewheel mode.

If the scooter is turned on but there is no power, press the reset button. This is located on the battery pack for transportable scooters and between the heels of your feet on standard scooters. Wait ten seconds and turn the device on again. The scooter’s battery may also have been jostled while going over a bump and needs to be reattached.

Make sure the scooter is charged every night. Also, if the scooter has been used for 5 hours or more, please charge the scooter as the battery may be low.
